SHIMANO DEORE CRANKSET FC-M5100 – FOR 11-SPEED DRIVETRAINS

The Deore crankset FC-M5100-2 by Shimano is the first 11-speed crankset with Deore label. It comes with two chainrings, which are attached via a classic 4-arm spider. At 48.8 mm, the chainline, i.e. the distance from the frame to the centre between the chainrings, is in the standard range, which is why the crank is compatible with frames with 142 mm over locknut dimensions. The 2-piece construction provides a balanced ratio of stiffness to weight.
