 Shipping Time & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

Order Tracking 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order status on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.

 Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund based on our policy

Returns & Shipping for Refunds
