Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

We accept returns only in the following cases :

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the wrong product was shipped to you.

Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your payment has not yet been captured, the transaction will be voided instead of refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:

  • Shipping restrictions in certain locations

Modifying an Order
